			Joel Akers conducted an onsite review of the scope of work and provided an estimate to completely clean out three houses and six garages in a small community in Northern Iowa. A collaborative agreement was reached and Joel and team started work approximately a month later. The scope of work was accomplished in five days. The team worked steadily at the job and were professional and friendly. Joel arranged all large dumpsters needed for the job. Basic cleanup was accomplished at each work site. Each day they had us review certain items per our criteria to determine whether to hold or dispose. The volume of work accomplished was significant.
